Dont rent from HR Properties, HR Prytania or Laura Russell! I lived in their property on Baronne just off Napolean back in 2001. The place was robbed at least 4 times in the 5 weeks I lived thereincluding a crack-head climbing to my 2nd story balcony to steal my $10 ten speed (he didnt get it after I beat him up trying to get through my door which was pretty damn scary) Termites, Palmetto roaches, no working shower, bathroom ceiling falling in, weird shady rent drop-off, neighbors mother getting held up out front the list goes on. The other properties were equally sh!tty and bizarre too. Hopefully you read this before you check out any of her apartments...BEWARE!
