This slumlord, Mildred Hill slums multiple Memphis properties. Some under different names-Her children's names, X-husband and relatives. Her "Main Location" is condos located at 585 East Parkway South, 38104 in Memphis, TN. She would not fix anything in the place I rented from her. Faucet fixtures that shot water everywhere had to be replaced at my expense. Air conditioning system issues and such.

She seemingly has alot of experience at slumming- She shows up only at rent time and is never in contact when there is a problem.

In Shelby County Tennessee you can not withhold rent due to no repair issues with a landlord you must take the issue up in landlord/Tenant Court. She knows how to work the system. Avoid this person at all cost. MemphisRenter
