Its a long story but ill give you he hort version. we rented from viking investment properties and we were ripped off. we were paying the landlord for utilities and they were not paid.They took our money and put it in thier pocket, then our utilities were shut off. Then they tried to sue and envict us for not paying utilities. BUT the jerk offs didnt show up in court....I WONDER WHY! because they were totally in the wrong. We wernt legally evicted and they didnt show for court, so we remained in the property. While we were running errands the jerk offs called the dog cathers to take my dogs and have them put down because he claimed we were not the property owners. we got home in time to get our dogs but these people are scammers and took our hard earned money. They were trying to pull a fast one on us but it didnt work.

ok Viking Investment properties is located in memphis, tn.
Here are some other details how they are bad.
we found out the utilities were in the previous renters name, and they had told us it was in thier name.They tok our money and told us they were paying Memphis Gas and water. we have receipts that say this. They did not pay on the utilities, nor the did bother to switch it from the previous tenants name back in to V.I.P s name. We gave them money, hard cash and the gas and water was shut off, during the week we had all that snow. It was horrible. They sued us, we showed up for court, and they were a no show, It wasted our time, had to take off work, etc. they had succeed to screw us even more. We contacted legal help and t would cost more with legal assistance, and we weould be in the same boat, not to metion having to take off work again...etc. Any legal advice would be great..
