Don't rent from Nancy Weckwerth!

As soon as the lease was signed, it was a nightmare! Her behavior is completely inappropriate and transcends normal social boundaries. She is a passive-aggressive bully, dishonest, greedy, and prone to making backhanded remarks. She is profoundly lacking when it comes to behaving professionally. She will hold you to her lease but renege on her end, making renting from her infinitesimally frustrating. Good luck trying to get a good night's sleep, because she allows her preferred tenant to disturb everyone else at all hours of the night, even though there is a clause in the lease which dictates otherwise.

It did not matter to her that the rent was on time, every time, or even early. She was impossible to deal with, utterly disrespectful, and intrusive, among other things. To top it all off, she tried to rent the apartment out from under us for a few hundred dollars more. By the time it was over, we ran for our lives. Never in my life have I felt like I needed to withhold my forwarding address, but I did.

I hope no one has to deal with this like I did. Finding this website would have been incredibly helpful for me, had I known.
