horrible Landlord. Her children jump up and down on the ceiling and run amack outside your window. Then they ram into your car while skateboard leaving scratches on it.

She has random men visit her all times during the week. Then they have all night sex fests and bang on the ceiling so loud you cannot even hear the tv on loud volume.

She will take money from you for a while but then when you try to move out she tries to keep you there by tricking you into her mind games of playing pit new renter to old renter all the while trying to collect money from both parties.

She also agreed to let me move out by 3/31 and that since it was only 2 weeks left in the month I would not have to pay the remainder of hte rent nor damages. Then filed court papers for me not paying her on the 3/21. I have it in writing that she said I would not have to pay and then I could also move out.

She then proceeded to sue me for this. We are still in court. She also has a record which I did not know until after the court case recently.

If you hold your credit, privacy , life and anything else valuable do not rent from this woman.

You will regret this more than you can believe. She has so far been married three times according to record on file and doesn't watch the children while they are outside.

Her son and his friends would look into my bathroom window while I was on the toilet and I had to blackout the window and get privacy also the door seperating your section of the house is open and they peak through that too and watch you.

Also, She has wild loud parties all hours of night and until 1am you cannot sleep nor work .

Her and the kids play loud music and do not have any consideration that you might be working or studying. I had to call the police on her several times for threats, and other problems.

The place is nasty , when I moved in it smelled like dog urine and cat urine and cat litter was all over the place. it took me days to clean it up and I know the smell in the carpet where the litter pan was barely came out.

the shower and flooring are infested with mold which I mentioned to her and she did nothing

If you try to get any resolution to any problems she will not fix them and just make your life miserable

She almost tried to cost me my job with her actions.
