Do not rent from Ray Zuchel, his apt are filthy with bugs and broken fixtures. When you ask him about it he say he will fix it but never does. He does not shovel snow nor does he salt the driveways or sidewalks. The Health Department and Zoning board should be called in to inspect these building, i am sure they would close them down.
