Dan Rubino, and his horrible wife are worse than a slumlord. His building is so far below code it isn't funny,(I know this because my friend is a building inspector) its infested with roaches, and when called about issues, he conveniently forgets to pick up his phone. My ceiling in my office actually collapsed onto my desk, ruining months worth of documents, a printer, and some other electronic equipment. I called him to complain, and not one, not two, but THREE weeks later he showed up BY HIMSELF to fix the leak. On top of it, two of the windows were broken when I moved into the apt. He swore to me up and down that both windows would be replaced. The whole time I lived there, he made up bull crap excuses as to why they weren't fixed yet. Oh, and he'd "conveniently forget" that I paid rent at times, and would try to charge me double for some months. THANK GOD I keep reciepts... Don't get scammed by this asshole.
