Hello there friends, I am here to warn you about the worst landlords on the face of the planet, Mario Giuliani and His Wicked Wife, though I don't know her name even though I have lived in their building for 5 years. Now, why, might you ask, would someone live with this torment for so long? Well, simply because the apartment is dirt cheap and I'm broke. Right now my real desire is to move, though it's a challenge given the rotten state of real estate in NY. Anyway, here's why one should never, ever rent from them:

1.they are letting the building fall apart to that people will move out and they can up the cost of the rent stabilized apartments

2.they have domestic screaming matches on a regular basis

3.they pick up the garbage and do repairs late at night, around 1 or 2 in the morning, even though they are elderly. be prepared to be woken up by them fighting

4.they allow no backyard, no roof, and no fire escape access.

5.they harass tenants by illegally slipping notes under their doors, knock on doors late and night and in the early morning, etc.

Living with them is a true "Rosemary's Baby" experience that has to be lived to be fully understood. Please don't move into one of their buildings, even though it's a great deal. It's a mistake,I hate them,and I want to move.
