if you rent from this "company" basically guy named ruppert or rupper, (i still don't know this horrible man's name): expect verbal harassment, late night knocks on the door (12am!), threats to no end, no heat, no hot water, absolutely no repairs, and monthly sewer backups that smell up the entire block of the basements of all his buildings and lies lies lies...and he actually hires illegal immigrants desperate for money to try and intimidate you.

this man should be jailed.
