We haven't added a lot of new features, recently, because, frankly, we aren't getting a lot of requests.

However, given that the number of listings we're getting so far is pretty low, we did think of a change that might help: you can now post without logging in or signing up! If you've been itching to broadcast your tender feelings for the place you're renting, but were stymied by having to think up a username and password, well, now you don't have to.

Hi, I was referred to this site via a posting at halfbakery.com where I suggested a database of tenant experiences would be helpful for tenants (much as there exists for landlords).

I can see here, you haven;t had a lot of interest, is that right? Another question that came up is, are you ever concerned regarding potential defamation events that may occur via this site? How have you taken action to guard yourselves against this?

I'm quite keen to set one up in Australia as I can't believe what agents and landlords can get away with, while at the same time tenants are controlled and regulated quite extensively. it certainly is an imbalance of the system as tenants are a real part of the economic system and should have their rights to safely occupy protected.
